Talk Thursday | Procrastination.

For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.
– Nelson Mandela

Hello loves. I hope you all enjoyed the last Talk Thursday post Unforgiveness’ written by Bookie who is now a guest writer here on my blog*throws confetti in the air*. Today, we are talking about something we are all familiar with,

Hello beautiful people! Happy new month! How have you all been since the last Talk Thursday we were together (Is Kissing A Sin)? Awesome? Yay! All thanks to God and you all, Is Kissing A Sin was featured in RCCG’s (Redeemed Christian Church of God) The Mantle Magazine August issue, this is me blowing a big kiss to you all (holy kiss oh lol)!

Is Kissing A Sin???

Yesterday, Bookie of and I were laughing over her little predicament. It had to do with a lipstick review post she was working on. The lipstick wouldn’t come off even though she had tried everything to get it off. After all our laughter and bants, we agreed that the lipstick was long lasting and I made a reference to kissing to which Bookie replied,  ‘Grace, Kissing is a sin’. She went on to explain why she said it was a sin and we decided Talk Thursday would be a cool platform to air her opinion.

Talk Thursday |Immorality.

“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor sexual perverts, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor robbers will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10 RSV)

Talk Thursday || Relationships.

imageI’m no expert on relationships. As a matter of fact, I am a last carrier. I’ve had my fair share of hurt and heartbreak, and even though I say never again, I still give in to love cos that’s just me *shrugs*.

Talk Thursday || Acceptance.

Acceptance in human psychology is a person’s assent to the reality of a situation, recognizing a process or condition (often a negative or uncomfortable situation) without attempting to change it, protest. The concept is close in meaning to ‘acquiescence’, derived from the Latin ‘acquiēscere’ (to find rest in) – Wikipedia.

Hey loves! so I decided to add a little sum’n sum’n to the blog to spice it up some more and came up with ‘Talk Thursday’. Here, we get to talk about anything and everything, no holds barred, and I’m kicking the first of this series off with Acceptance.
